Most likely, these two words were combined to create one word because they both refer to places where beavers live and gardens are created with watercourses that flow through them. In 1861, General Jervis Cobb decided to build a new arsenal at West Point for Southern California troops during the American Civil War. He selected Beaumont as his site due to its close proximity to other war arms factories and its abundant natural resources including coal, oil shale and saltpeter. The new arsenal quickly proved itself successful and led to an increase in population in Beaumont which reached 100 residents by 1865! However, things changed once hostilities ended; business slowed down as people returned home to their families or left for better opportunities elsewhere. With no war related industries left open in southern California after 1865, businesses slowly regained their former greatness as citizens resumed their everyday lives back homeostasis ensued until World War II brought about an influx of workers into Beaumont again which caused population growth rates to exceed 50%. In recent years however social unrest has again begun making headlines locally with demonstrations taking place around issues such as gentrification (leading some local businesses owners speaking out against this trend), gun control measures being proposed by state legislators (which have been met with staunch opposition from many within the community), high school closures due poor student performance records dating back several decades being touted as reason(s) behind these closures while tax hikes have recently been mentioned as potential solutions to public debt levels that have continued increasing over time despite attempts at budget balancing through various means including layoffs/taxation increases etc., among others... many questions remain unanswered about how all of this will play out come 2020 when our current mayor leaves office after serving since November 2015

As one of Californias most populous cities, Beaux-Montfort has also become known for its renowned shopping districts such as Golden Gate Center and Saks Fifth Avenue as well as its numerous nightlife venues including The Great American Ballroom and The Marriott Marquis Hotel.
