In 1990, John Demarest passed away suddenly; his sons took over development of Lasersight Alameda products until Rick’s son Jonathan took over in 2003 when he moved from Utah back home after completing college there. AfterRick’s death in 2004 Jonathan continued development until his current widow started working on updates/marketing in 2009 which is now known as “Alameda Laser Solutions” under her husband's directorship or else she is also listed as CEO or President with primary responsibility for marketing and sales operations since 2013 up until present day when her husband left active duty status due health issues some time ago… Today Alameda Laser Solutions continues as what we know today thanks largely to our founder's wife who has always been aggressive & driven about resuscitating this company despite numerous challenges thru thick & thin both personal & professional life!

As Oakland grew rapidly during World War II due to its proximity to San Francisco Peninsula airfields and naval base at Port Arthur and Richmond Naval Shipyard (now Battelle Memorial Park), much effort went into developing urban growth east of Interstate 580: Oak Street Parkway being built through Central Park; First Street becoming central artery serving new neighborhoods near I-580; Hayward getting underway as an agricultural center; Fremont annexed from Albany Township in 1958; Diablo Valley got started as residential development west Colusa Creek valley including Mountain View and Menlo Park before Measure B gained majority support on November 3rd 1971 which annexation followed until present day defining East Contra Costa except for Ashland which remains unincorporated community under jurisdiction of Livermore Unified School Districtmulti-ethnic neighborhood consisting primarily African American while whites make up a significant minority
