Gun manufacturers began using rotary motion on their firearms in the 1840s when they started incorporating breech blocks into their weapons to increase accuracy and fire faster from multiple locations within the firearm. These breech blocks allowed for greater variety of ammunition configurations (rifle cartridges folded together formed shotgun shells) which increased firepower while reducing reloading time per shot compared to traditional firearms where each round must be reloaded independently from the previous round fired. This innovation led eventually to modern day machineguns such as assault rifles, artillery pieces, and sniper rifles which use rotating barrels instead of breech blocks to achieve greater firepower with less reloading time overall due to faster fire rates from multiple directions within the weapon system

Agoura Hills, California is a city located in the Unincorporated community of Agoura Hills, California. It straddles the border between Los Angeles County and Ventura County. The population was 11,041 at the 2010 census. The name "Agoura" comes from an Indian word meaning "tree-line." The first Europeans to visit what is now Agoura Hills were Spanish missionaries in 1769. They named the area ""Pueblo de la Encinas"" after a small peak in the hills that they saw. In 1817, Rancho San Fernando de lasEncinas was granted to José María Lugones by Governor Manuel Micheltorena for his rancho near present day Fillmore Avenue and Eastside Boulevard in south Pasadena. This grant included land aroundpresent-day Glendale and Agoura Hills as well as parts of Woodland Park and Montclair. The original owners of Rancho San Fernando also used part of that grant for agriculture on their own piece of property east of Fillmore Avenue and north of Ventura Boulevard. In 1881, when Santa Anita racetrack opened its doors for horse racing, Presidio Heights began to grow rapidly as people moved into the neighborhood to watch races on their homes’ porches or balconies. By 1896, Presidio Heights had become known as one of Southern California's most fashionable villages with high-end stores and elegant mansions lining Prospect Way and Vine Street. One resident observer described it this way: "A beautiful village spread out before me like a checkerboard; neat buildings with handsome gables; streets lined with fine residences; grandiose trees shading doorsteps; ladies walking about under smart parasols."[1] In 1905,Presidious Heights became home to Forbes Field airfield which served as both a local airport (until 1923)and main base for United States Strategic Air Forces during World War II (1941 - 1945). Due to its affluent residents who enjoyed good schools and easy access to shopping areas such as Century City or Downtown Los Angeles, Presidio Heights grew increasingly valuable due to its location within easy commuting distance for many jobs throughout central Los Angeles County including downtown LASA studios where film companies set up shop during early silent movie days[2]. At one point some 20%of all new housing construction in southern California was taking place within 10 miles of downtown LA! As more families moved into Presidious Heights prices decreased while quality increased making it one of Orange County's wealthiest neighborhoods until recently when developers replaced older homes with McMansions becoming difficult if not impossible affordable living standards despite increasing real estate prices
Agoura Hills was founded in 1887 as a small community on the eastern edge of new Los Angeles. The town grew rapidly, and by 1912 it had a population of over 700 people. By 1916, Agoura Hills had become an agricultural center with its own irrigation system and market. The town's growth halted in the 1930s when the area became scarcer for farmland and jobs than they were for housing. In the 1940s, Agoura Hills began to experience rapid gentrification as wealthier residents moved into the area. From the late 1960s until today, there has been little change to the demographics of Agoura Hills aside from more recent waves of immigration and development.
