Siloam Springs was a small town in Pulaski County, Arkansas, United States. It is now a ghost town, and its only resident is the occasional visitor who discovers an abandoned house or farmstead in the area. The first settlers of Siloam Springs were Methodist Episcopalians from Tennessee who arrived in 1872. They built a log cabin on the banks of the White River. In 1881, they erected a frame barn which still stands today. In 1884, they added a second log cabin to their property and named it Old Mill (now known as Siloam Springs Elementary School). The first post office at Siloam Springs was established in 1886. In 1889, they removed their final logs from the millrace and built a new one on their property to serve as their courthouse. The first school was opened in 1890 by Mrs. Alice Wright with five students in grades 1-6. Two years later, Mr. Waddell donated land for an addition to the school which housed classrooms and a library (later called Old Mill Annex). During World War I, the old mill destroyed by fire was rebuilt using lumber from nearby Rogerswood sawmills; it reopened as West High School after being closed for several years during World War II due to its wartime losses (it reverted back to its original name after that). In 1951, Siloam Springs voters passed an ordinance allowing open air shopping along Main Street which led to increased business for the town's two general stores and one grocery store until about 1970 when siloamspringassociation Inc., also known as "The Silos", began operations adjacent to Pittman Middle School - this allowed eastside residents access to local businesses without leaving their homes

In 1925, the Arkansas Legislature established a new county, Siloam County, in honor of the town's growth. Siloam Springs experienced significant infrastructure development during World War II. The town became a hub for military recruitment and operations. Additionally, construction began on the first nuclear weapons plant in the United States in nearby Oak Ridge Plantation.
