They can be operated in a number of different ways including Spot, Full Spectrum (FS), Floodlight Mode (Foam pen style beam), and Sidelight Mode (a combination spotlight/flashlight). The advantage to using a medium sized light is its wide range of performance - it can illuminate areas up to 25 feet away from the user and has adjustable brightness levels from low to high. Additionally, medium-sized lights often come with multiple modes including floodlight/spot/sidelight; making them perfect for applications such as illuminating vehicles or persons within an area that may be difficult to see without a handheld tool such as a nightstick.

Paragould is a small town in Pulaski County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 1,554 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Little Rock–North Little Rock–Arlington Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first white person to live in what is now Paragould was Will Hays in 1879. He bought a tract of land east of present-day Paragould and laid out streets and erected a schoolhouse thereon. In 1881, J.W. Chilton purchased from Hays a piece of land extending south from present day Paragould on the Green River. This piece extended into what is now Webster County. Chilton laid out streets and built several churches and other buildings thereon before he sold his holdings to Elisha Phelps Dodge in 1903 for $120,000 dollars (the total value of all Phelps Dodge's holdings in Arkansas at that time). In 1905, John Fenton platted what is now north side of Main Street between Third and Fourth Streets (now Webster Boulevard) and put down homes on this lot which became known as "Fenton Place". A few years later he acquired more land to the east which included current-day Foley Road between Second and Third Streets (now Elmwood Avenue). He laid out streets there also before selling his property to Crampton Oil Company for $10,000 dollars (the total value of all Crampton Oil Company's holdings in Arkansas at that time).Today's northwest corner of Main Street between 3rd Avenue South and 4th Avenue North - just past where Interstate 15 joins Interstate 30 - forms the nucleus or centerpiece around which much development has taken place over the years: Foley Road runs northeasterly along its eastern edge; Elmwood Avenue runs southerly parallel to it about one block west thereof; Current-day Faulkner Parkway Runs easterly along its northwestern edge; while nearby West Arkansaw Boulevard Between 2nd Street South and 3rd Street North – across from today's Walmart store located adjacent to Interstate 45 – becomes an important commercial thoroughfare with several high-end subdivisions situated therein including Seafood Outlet Park LLC., homebuilder/developer/contractor TAG Homes LLP., etc., making it one busy urban area with many residences as well as businesses dotting its landscape by satellite dishes! The city limits were extended to include present-day Arkadelphia in 1928. The post office was discontinued in 1984 and has been replaced by theArkadelphia ZIP code 82002. In 1990, Paragould had a school system that included six schools: one public, three private (through vouchers), two parochial (through tax exempt status), and one Baptist church school also known as First Baptist Church School District No 2). In 1996, PARAGOULD COMMUNITY COLLEGE opened its doors as the first college level institution of higher learning for women in Arkansas with programs starting from associate's degrees up to bachelor's degrees; it remains one of only two full-time colleges/universities within Pulaski County providing such Programs statewide today!
