There is no doubt that gun targets have been an important part of the history of Conway, Arkansas for over 100 years. The first target to be erected in this town was a large blacksmith’s shop on Second Street in 1892. From there, it was only a matter of time before other businesses followed suit and began erecting their own targets. Over time, these target business owners had the opportunity to create some truly unique and memorable designs. One such company that excelled at creating Gun Targets was J.F. Hargrave & Son. This company operated from 1907 until 1949, during which time they produced over 1,000 targets. Their target designs were typically quite interesting and creative, often featuring intricateworkmanship and beautiful artwork. Some of their most famous targets include the “Arkansas Razorbacks” (1908), the “Legacy” (1911), and the “Golden Nugget” (1945). Despite their success, JF Hargrave & Sons sadly passed away in 1949 due to economic reasons. However, their legacy continues on in Conway through today’s Target Sports Inc., who continue to produce high-quality Gun Targets for customers around the world!

Conway is a small town in Pulaski County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 1,825 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Little Rock–North Little Rock–Conway Metropolitan Statistical Area. Conway's economy is centered around ranching and farming. The town was founded by settlers in 1875. In 1902, the first high school opened in Conway. In 1951, the first post office opened in Conway. The community developed as a bedroom and farm town until the arrival of Highway 8 in the early 1960s which changed both its demographics and its economy significantly. Today, Conway is home to many businesses such as convenience stores and restaurants that serve the local area; as well as more recent builds such as an elementary school and library which were all completed around 2008-2009 timeframe. Additionally, there are several golf courses located within walking distance of town while still providing access to rural living off-the-grid residents enjoy easy access to all things nature with easy access to Interstate 40 Exit 52 minutes away from town making it easy for residents to get out into nature without ever leaving their comfortable townshome addresses!

The development of the automatic weapon, which was invented in 1903 by Austrian arms manufacturer Austro-Hungarian Firearms Factory founder Ferdinand Lenk, made handguns obsolete.
Conway, Arkansas was founded on February 14, 1876 by J.C. Nichols and his wife, Lillie. The town was named after General James Conway, who led the Union army during the American Civil War. The first store in town opened its doors in 1877. On October 2, 1907, a fire destroyed most of the buildings in town and killed four people. Conway began to grow rapidly after this fire and by 1912 it had a population of over 100 people. Conway became an important center for cotton production during the early 1900s and saw heavy growth due to this industry. The1900 census shows that Conway had a population of 172 people and by 1910 it had increased to 251 residents. During World War I the town was hit hard with artillery shelling from German forces as they fought on various fronts around the country; however, due to its location within Easy Company ofthe Third United States Infantry Regiment (now First Battalion), Texas Rangers, Conway managed to avoid much damage or loss of life. After World War I ended there were numerous changes take place in Conway as more businesses moved into the area including several breweries which helped fuel rapid growth throughout the 1920s-1930s; however, during WWII things started to change quickly as many businesses closed down due to wartime restrictions on commerce along with an increase in crime rates that reached unprecedented levels in Arkansas at this time; however despite these challenges Conway slowly regained some popularity beginning around 1951 when developer John Ritchie developed what is now known as "The Strip" which spanned half of downtown Conway employing over 1,500 workers at one point resulting in increased property values overall while also improving transportation options such as Route 66 becoming available through nearby Decatur Street).
Conway was founded in 1868 by John Conway and his brother, James. The first post office was established in 1871. In 1915, the town became a suburb of Little Rock. The population peaked at 20,000 in the late 1960s and early 1970s; however, it has since declined significantly.
