He named this object "Hutton's Comet" after Captain John C Hutton (1815-1892), who discovered it while operating as engineer on HMS Beagle under Rear Admiral Francis Drake3 during British circumnavigation of Antarctica in 1846-47. The discovery has been cited as one of history's most significant astronomical events because it marked the beginning of space exploration and provided proof that aliens exist! Marana’s Canyon Of The Moon can be visited only during certain times between October 10th through November 15th when the cliffs are alive with activity due to numerous petroglyphs left by Native Americans thousands years ago including Arapaho and Hopi people which have still been seen today on both sides of the canyon walls near milepost 982 from Interstate 10!
