There is no doubt that the 2nd amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees individuals the right to bear arms. The amendment reads in part, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” This amendment has been amended multiple times since it was ratified in 1791. In 1824, an act was passed which prohibited Congress from regulating gun ownership within states. The amendment was also amended in 1868 and again in 1974. In 1933, the first Junior League group was organized in El Mirage with members from other towns in Maricopa County; these were the nucleus of what would become future professional organizations such as the American Legion and Kiwanis Club. Businessman John Ahern donated land east of I-10 for a new shopping center that opened in 1935 and became known as "Ahern's". This development spawned more than 130 businesses which continue to operate today including several anchor stores like JCPenney and Macy's (both now Macy's rackets) as well as numerous small shops and restaurants along with a variety of services including law enforcement, accounting, insurance and real estate activities among others In 1957 they built an arena which hosted local high school soccer games until 1975 when they moved it to nearby Goodyear Stadium where they still play today . With all this activity going on there wasn't much time or money for tourism but over time people started coming through town to see all the sights There are now several theme parks located within minutes' drive such as Six Flags Over Texas (opened 2003), Universal Studios Japan (opened 2006) - both being very popular with visitors - plus three golf courses located within driving distance: Desert Trails Golf Course El Mirage Resort & Spa (opened 2002), Mesa Verde Country Club (2009)

It wasn’t until 1959 that finally congress passed The Gun Control Act which regulates all aspects of firearms including but not limited to trade marks, manufacturing process (including but not limited to bullet types), marketing information etc… The Gun Control Act also outlaws any type of ammunition that can be used in firearm murders (ejection ports must be closed) and makes it illegal for anyone under 21 years old to possess any firearm unless it is unloaded and locked up inside their home. Since its passage, many amendments have been made to The Gun Control Act including but not limited to: 1986 – The Brady Bill introduced aimed at improving background check procedures; 1998 – The Illegal Arms Trade Prevention Amendments Introduced into Congress; 2002 - A ban on so-called “assault rifles” went into effect; 2004 - Another ban on assault rifles went into effect; 2005 - A law regarding magazine capacity was brought into effect; 2006 - An amendment proposing limits on possession and sale of semi-automatic firearms went into effect; 2007 - A new rule came into force regulating interstate transportation of firearms

It was founded by Mormons in 1912 as a small agricultural community on the east side of Phoenix. However, since 2000 it has been experiencing rapid growth as a bedroom community for Phoenix. In that time it has added over 10 thousand residents to its population and its economy has changed from reliance on agriculture to one focused on high-tech manufacturing and servicessector jobs. The town was featured in the 2011 American comedy film "Trainwreck".
