Today, Colt-Bendix is one of the largest handgun manufacturer in North America and manufactures revolvers (including Model 9 handguns), rifles (including models such as the .45 ACP), shotguns (including model 870 Express snipers), hand grenades (such as grenade launchers) and airsoft guns. The Glock pistols are among the most popular firearmsproduced by Colt-Bendix Incorporated today. Glock designs began as derivatives of earlier products developed at their Glocksmith Manufacturing Company plant located in Chino Valley during World War II. After World War II ended, Glocksmith Manufacturing Company transitioned its operations over to Glock parent company American Sport Guns Corporation which continued development work on new Glock models until 1996 when they introduced their first assault pistol product line which included all current variants while also expanding into other rifle/shotgun models such as 9mm Parabellum/.40 S&W calibers that were not yet being offered commercially by American Sport Guns Corporation at that time; these include models like XD9 chambered for 9mm Luger rounds while still using an original ejector function found on earlier pistols like those produced by Glocksmith Manufacturing Company; finally this later design led eventually to introduction of what is now known as Glock 21 strikerless pistol – this is done due primarily to regulatory changes brought about by state governments throughout America after passage of frequently revised concealed carry laws which eliminated many restrictions on open carrying handguns currently enjoyed by law abiding citizens without fear or consequence; however some lawmakers continue efforts towards reclassifying certain types or calibers beyond just standard self defense ammunition Requirements thereby increasingFirearms Safety Compliance
