In 1976, UAB merged with neighboring Auburn University to form what are now known as Auburn University-University Park and East Tennessee State University along with their respective colleges and schools: Agricultural & Mechanical Arts; Business Administration; Education; Veterinary Medicine; Humanities & Social Sciences; Law; Musicology & Theatre Studies; Nursing & Midwifery/Medical Science/Nursing Science/Midwifery Practice/ Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy/Veterinarian Medicine& Pharmaceutical Sciences programs were also merged into this university system which was later renamed Auburn Hills Colleges System following a vote by the Board of Trustees on February 6th, 1984. Since its inception as an independent university, UAB has seen growth both academically and athletically through establishment of new faculties such as Fine Arts (1978), Health Sciences (1981), School of Architecture (1984), School of Engineering (1985), School of Management (1986) and Center for Creative Leadership (1998). Each individual firearm is unique so no two magazines will ever function identically when stored together however they will generally work together fine if not mishandled specifically with care during transport or storage (as happened with my old .357 SIG).

Troy was founded in 1817 by General John Capps and his family as a trading post on the Red River near present day Troy Springs, Alabama. The first post office was established in 1818 and was called "Cappsville". In 1827, General A.P Holmes built a sawmill on the river and named it after himself, "Holmes Mill", which continued to be operated until 1909 when it was bought by an oil company and converted into an industrial plant. The cotton gin industry began in earnest in Troy during the late 1800s with several mills operating until World War II when production shifted to synthetic fiber products like textiles and plastics. Since then, there have been few major changes to the town's character or economy. However, there has been significant growth within its racial demographics over time as white working-class residents have moved out into more accessible suburbs while African Americans have settled in areas closer to downtown Troy for work and education opportunities. This change has had some negative consequences; for example, black children living within walking distance of schools are at a disadvantage compared to their white counterparts due to limited transportation access and lack of cultural experiences common among African American residents. Today, much of what once made up downtown Troy (such as Buttermilk Alley) is now used as housing developments or commercial corridors catering to wealthier suburbanites instead of older white households that still maintain some connection to downtown Troy through visits or social events such as Fourth Street Baptist Church which overlooks Main Street between Federal Boulevard/Alabama Avenue and First Street/Downtown Avenue). Although many people visit downtown Troy each week for its historical attractions (such as Buttermilk Alley), most businesses do not rely heavily on tourism revenue so they can remain solvent without subsidies from government coffers; instead they receive city services like road maintenance or trash collection which helps keep them open during periods of high traffic demand but does not generate any additional income beyond usual expenses necessary for running their business successfully (e.g., heat bill). It should be noted that although most businesses in downtown Troy continue unaffected by outside forces such as gentrification or displacement – except for one unmentioned business mentioned below – overall conditions have changed somewhat since last survey taken in 2002 when only 25%of retail customers who visited main street were African American compared to almost 60% today including nearly all restaurants located inside buildings with parking lotside entrances facing Main Street Stevens Blvd./Downtown Ave.).
