In 1896, George Chapman designed and built the Chapman Telescope which featured 10x60mm objective lens with an adjustable focus range that could be set from 15 yards to 200 yards! This new scope allowed users to fire projectiles up to 350 feet away! In 1935, Edwin Land created one of the most famous riflescope designs ever – The Landmaster! This scope featured 14x86mm objective lens with anadjustable focus range that could be set from 100 yards to infinity! Today, there are many different types of rifle scopes available onthe market both for civilian use as well as military applications. Some common models include: Weaver optics (including reflex sights), Bushnells Optics (including reticles for both airsoft and competition shooting), Nikon Scopes (including various 4-power turrets), etc. There is no doubt that rifle scoping has become one of the most popular shooting hobbies around today – due in large part to their reliability and ease of use!

This innovative design allowed shooters to use two different sighting systems depending on where they aimed their weapon. In 1892, German optics manufacturer Leupold introduced an improved reflex optic Rifle Scope that utilized three lenses in each objective for increased range and clarity of vision. With this revolutionary design, snipers could nowvirtually see their targets from any position within arm's reach!
