The Fairfield Gun Club is a membership-based organization that meets monthly to discuss firearms and shooting. The club was founded in 1908 and still meets today. The club has a rich history that can be traced back to when it was the first organization in Fairfield to allow women to join. In 1916, the club sponsored the first ever rifle match in Fairfield, which resulted in a victory for the ladies team. In 1933, the club began hosting annual airgun tournaments at their facility. From 1936 through 1945, the club sponsored its own statewide championships in skeet and trap. After World War II, FairfieldGunClub worked to support local military veteran organizations by providing them with rifles and ammunition from theclub's stockpile. In 1952, FairfieldGunClub contributed handguns to local sheriff's departments as part of an effort to promote gun safety on campus. Since then,FairfieldGunClub has donated over $40,000 worth of firearms to various organizations across Alabama!

The Fairfield Rifle Club was formed in 1892. The club made its first rifle target display in 1906. The club has continued to make and exhibit rifle targets since then.
Fairfield is a small town in Baldwin County, Alabama, United States. The population was 1,872 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Mobile-Tuscaloosa metropolitan area. Fairfield is located on U.S Route 431 about 10 miles east of the Mobile–Tuscaloosa airport and 8 miles northwest of downtown Mobile. The first settlers in what would become Fairfield were Methodist Episcopal missionaries from Tennessee who founded a mission in 1834. In 1839, James Womack donated 2,000 acres (100 hectares) to the town for development as a cotton plantation colony called "Wadley". The town's name comes from one of Wadley's main early landowners, Samuel Fairfield. By 1840, Wadley had become an important center for slave trade and cotton production in Baldwin County and it was renamed Fairfield after Samuel's grandson John Fenton Fairfield Sr., who served as Mayor from 1865 to 1870 and 1875 to 1880. During the American Civil War (1861-1865), Fairfield sided with the Confederate States of America over the Union government. After Confederate President Jefferson Davis' surrender at Appomattox Court House on April 9, 1865, all Union forces withdrew from Alabama except for two detachments that continued operations until April 12th when they left for Georgia: First Lieutenant John Sledge's detachment under General Nathan Bedford Forrest and Second Lieutenant William Taney's detachment under General David Butler; these two detachments were responsible for carrying out some of Rebel General Robert Ewell's orders authorizing their destruction throughout all of north central Alabama including Birmingham and Decatur.. On May 3rd 1861 Captain George Diggs USN lost his life while leading Company A Battalion 5th US Artillery Regiment during battle near Red Mountain Road Bridge over Chattahoochee River near present day Tuscaloosa Municipal Airport he was posthumously awarded The Congressional Medal Of Honor.. In 1903 much valuable land surrounding today’s downtown core was dedicated to agricultural use by Ewing Gentry heirs including future state senator Huey Newton Beason.. “The neat brick buildings now stand side by side across Laurel Street from where pioneer storekeepers James Nash & Ebenezer Rice built their stores around 1800” according to History Channel program "Ancient Civilizations" which aired on November 6th 2017 specializing in fairytales lifestyles ..From this start there followed many years during which Main Street ran primarily southeast/northeast then northwest/southwest due largely to changing winds that consistentlywhipped dust high into homespun balconies creating dangerous conditions inside despite open windows…ThroughOUT these years businesses like hardware store Alfred Pemberton operated down Main Street almost uninterruptedLY busying themselves serving customers through large glass doors allowing access onto busy sidewalks outside where men could chat away about their crops or go fishing or pick up nails or build fences etc before coming back inside again immediately selling everything they produce! In 1960 fire destroyed most business alongMainStreet but new Hardware Store opened up just south of current day Walmart across Laurel street later becoming home to several other businesses such as Goodwill Industries which continuesURRENTLY operateING LATER ON NEAREST BUSINESS PARK LOCATED JUST SOUTH OF WALMART IN THE CENTER OF FAIRFIELD Legal documents filed with Baldwin County Property Tax office show ownership change between original developers Nash & Rice families as follows: From Nash family - 1951-1959 To Beason family - 1959-1983 To Walton family - 1983-2010 Name change not mentioned Original developer Nash et al moved property west on Laurel St., now Walmart

Here are three examples: 1) The standard 3-dimensional rifle target; 2) A crosshairTarget designed for use with handguns; and 3) A 360 degree view Target that can be rotated so that any angle can be used. 1) The Standard 3-D Rifle Target: This is a classic design that has been in use for centuries. It is made out of solid wood and is mounted on a stand or frame. When shot at, it will move in an arcsignal pattern based on how well you aim your rifle. Thetarget can be customized to feature any number of features such as raised lines or textured surfaces to make it more realistic. 2) CrosshairTarget: This is another classic design that has become very popular over the years. It consists of two parts: the aiming reticle and the target itself. To fire, you merely place your hand over the aiming reticle and press the trigger; this will cause your finger's position relative to the reticle to change, resulting in accurate shots every time! These Targets are easy enoughto use even for non-experts, making them perfect for learning about shooting basics before taking their first real test at an event or tournament! 3) handgun crosshairTarget: This design was created specifically for handguns! It consists of two pieces: a targeting protractor (which allows you to measure distances between each pixel on your screen), and the gun barrel itself! When shot at, this Target will rotate so that both eyes can see what's coming towards them simultaneously - thus providing stunningly accurate results no matter where you aimed your gunfire!

It thrived due to its growing economy and its location between Mobile and Montgomery, two of the largest cities inAlabama. However, by 1830, Fairfield had become overshadowed by neighboring Mobile County and its growing population of slaves. As a result, many residents of Fairfield relocated to nearbyMobile to continue their cotton farming operations. By 1860, however, Mobile had surpassedFairfield asAlabama's major center for industry and commerce. As a result of this shift in economic power, Fairfair declined significantly over the ensuing decades. By 1970, it had reverted back to a rural community with only a single school
In 1818, Fairfield was founded by a group of farmer-soldiers led by Captain John Freeman. At the time it was one of the most frontier villages in Alabama. The area had been unsettled for centuries and the first permanent settlers arrived in what is now Fairfield in 1775. By 1818, the village had grown to around 100 people and became an important stop on the route between Mobile and Huntsville. early cotton plantations were located adjacent toFairfield, making it an important center for cotton production and trade. However, by 1865 Fairfield had largely disappeared as a result of plantation slavery and white flight from the region.
