They were designed specifically for hunting big game such as deer and bear. Because titanium bullets are so thin, they do not create any noise when striking their target, making them ideal for stealthy operations. Titanium bullets also have a longer life than traditional lead or silver bullets and can be shot multiple times without losing their performance. Due to the popularity of titanium Bullets in the hunting world, over time Lead Bullet Rounds became less common and eventually discontinued production altogether in Cullman in 2001. However, Lead Bullet Rounds still remain an important part of our local firearm history because they are one of the few types of ammunition that has been used successfully against big game throughout history!
