Some common varieties include NRA guns (National Rifle Association), tactical teams (Teamsters Union), camouflage uniforms (Green Berets/Delta Force), patriotic designs (United States Marines/Army National Guard), and cowboy hats ( cowboys). There is no one style or type of firearm t- shirt that is universally popular across all age groups or genders; however, there are some general themes that tend to pervade most designs. One trend that has emerged over time is "gun culture" shirts which promote group identification among shooters by featuring images or slogans related to firearms such as "I'm with my gun", " Gun safe sex", " Make sure you're protected when you shoot ", etc. Another popular feature across different age groups is police officers shirts which often feature illustrations and quotes relating to law enforcement activities such as “ cops & robbers”, “ protect your community”, etc. It should be noted that while these themes may be popular among certain demographics, there is no universal standard for how these pieces are designed or marketed - each individual retailer seemsto tailor their own products specifically tailored towards their target audience! T-Shirts featuring violence against women have become increasingly popular in recent years due in part to concerns around body image and slut shaming amongst young women who consume media representations which glamorize violence against women [1]. However, given that handgun shootings represented only 2% of all murders in 2013[2], any claims about an overall increase in violent crime involving pistols would be premature at best. Additionally, there has been no systematic attempt by researchers studying this topic since its inception so any assertions about increased incidence rates must rely on anecdotal evidence only
