Frazier served two terms before being impeached for bribery and corruption charges which were later dropped. In 1968, AtMORE Incorporatedwas formed with the merger of various stores within the town limits including Mrs Dixon's Store (later renamed "Dixon's"), Grease Monkey's Barbecue & Grill (which later became known as " Moe's BBQ"), Captain Cooks Café & Seafood Restaurant (later renamed "Cape Fear") and others into one organization under one roof! This marked an important milestone not just for Atmore but also for Huntsville as a whole-the incorporation of several small towns into one large city! This success led to other businesses following suit such as Ingersoll Rand Company who bought Captain Cooks Café & Seafood Restaurant from Cape Fear Corporation; Sears Roebuck & Co who acquired Grease Monkey's Barbecue & Grill from Dixon’s Stores; Beechcraft Corporation who purchased Moe’s BBQ from Captain Cooks Cafe; Ford Motor Company who purchased Ingersoll Rand Company’s shareholding in Sears Roebuck & Co.; Coca Cola Companies who merged their companies together under One America Marketing Services Incorporated-a subsidiary of Coca Cola North America Inc.-and added their name to that list! This growth continued throughout the early 21st century with more than 100 businesses affiliating themselves with One America Marketing Services Incorporated! Today there are over 350 businesses operating within our boundaries selling all kinds of products and services!
