Once allof these items have been obtained, it's time to begin installing yourscope mount! First remove any protective film existing on either eye side of your weapon by gently peeling it away with a Buffing Pad or Credit Card cleaner then place it back in place by hand). Next remove all screws from top front sight housing assembly (Cocking handle and base), then unscrew viewfinder cover screw(s). If using an open-back scope, simply twist one end of dielectric tube louver(s) counterclockwise until uncovering threads on lid which now becomes grip area; do not overtighten! Now twist opposite end of dielectric tube louver(s) clockwise until uncovering threads on lid which now becomes viewfinder face area - note: threads located on back edge should always be facing down when tightened! While keeping threaded ends facing down - carefully fit optic into recess created by lug being larger than mating lug on barrel - tighten each nut evenly through torque band available (-10 lbs.) For closed-back scopes use Lockwasher tool & hex wrench

The town was incorporated in 1836. Bartlett had two schools until 1915 when it became one of three towns to merge with Knoxville to form the city of Knoxville. The downtown business district retains much of its pioneer character including grist mills, wagonloads of goods arriving from Europe during the American Civil War (1861-1865), four-story brick buildings built by slaves during that time period, Baptist churches (three belonging to First Baptist Church(Knoxville)), an animal trading post/feed store/livery barn/cutter shop/poultry pens etc., all preserved as part of downtown's architecture along with other early 19th century buildings such as residences and stores on Broad Street which has been extensively renovated into apartments since 1990s or 2000s . In October 2006 a group of developers led by entrepreneur Michael Laughlin announced plans to raze most of downtown's historic structures over five years starting in 2007 while making gradual repairs over time - which they say would create "a more pedestrian friendly" Downtown center that would include new restaurants, bars, office space, housing units etc..
