In 1892, Nicholas Fenton patented a design for a shooting target holder. This design was later renamed the Fenton Shooting Target Holder and became popular among shooters in New Hampshire. The targets could be placed on either side of the holder, providing an accurate shot from any position. The holders were made from wood or metal, and often featured a testing tripod to ensure accuracy. In 1922, the Fenton Manufacturing Company produced the first type of shooting target holder designed specifically for rifle use. This model featured two arms that telescoped upward to provide stability when in use. The Targets could also be rotated to different positions to accommodate different shooter preferences. In 1976, Keene-based manufacturer Precision Shooting Systems introduced their own version of the holding device which became known as the Perfect Shooter Holder. This model features three arms that hinged at one end and can be screwed into any surface for stability; it is also available with a built-in scope stand adapter for mounting optics directly onto the targetarm

They can be used in any situation, whether you’re practicing for a pistol competition or just trying to get better at your particular hobby. Best of all, they’re very affordable. There are a few things you need in order to make shooting target holders work well for you: an adjustable stock, a scope mount, and some targets. The adjustable stock will help you move the targets around so that they're always within reach; the scope mount will allow you to see the target through your rifle's optics, improving accuracy; and finally, the targets should be of good quality so that they don't get damaged during use. Once you have these items set up, it's time to start practicing! First, place one or moreTarget Holders on the ground adjacent to where you want to shoot your targets. When setting up your Aiming Station (see below), ensure that the Target Holder is sitting as close to the ground as possible without touching it. Second, adjust your sights on your rifle so that when looking through your scope at the target holder(s),the aiming dot will line up with one of the targeting circles on top of each Target Holder. thirdly focus on where on yourtarget holder(s)the green circle should be - this is known as "hotSpot." Finally pull back on the trigger and aim at exactly where Green Dot should appear in reality! This process should take practice but will soon become easier with experience!
There is no definite history of target holders in Keene, New Hampshire. However, there are a few references to them from the 1800s. One reference suggests that early settlers in the town used stakes as targets for shooting competitions. Another reference mentions that a man named John Hardesty built a Shooting Gallery on Main Street in 1810. The Shooting Gallery was destroyed in 1846, but the building still stands and is currently occupied by the Keene Museum.

The community was first settled by English colonists in 1794. In 1812, it became part of New Hampshire after the state's admission to the Union as a U.S. state. Today, the town has a population of around 10,000 people and is home to several major businesses including two hospitals, two universities, and an airport with Brattleboro Airport serving as its primary airport. The Town of Keene was founded in 1794 by Captain John Stevens during his exploration along the eastern shore of Lake Champlain near present-day Burlington, Vermont. It was named for General Jonathan Greenough who had commandeered Stevens' vessel while he was exploring this area in 1692-93. In 1812, when New Hampshire became a U.S.-state following independence from Great Britain, Keene joined that state and continued to grow rapidly due to its close proximity to Boston as well as its access to transportation options including water ferry services across Lake Champlain which made it easy for residents and businesses to reach theirisions point on the otherwise difficult-to-access island township (and later city) site that today makes up much of eastern Burlington County (New York). During much of its early days as a small township within what is now northeastern Burlington County (New York),Keene experienced rapid population growth because many local farmers grew potatoes and other vegetables which were transported downriver from Syracuse or Albany via ferries across Lake Champlain into Burlington County for sale wholesale or consumption by residents and others living near lakefront homes on Long Island Sound or in Massachusettsport towns like Salem or Worcester; these communities continued until after World War II when Interstate 95 cut through those areas making travel between those locations increasingly difficult; moreover since then many homes have been demolished or replaced by commercial buildings developments such as Oneonta Shopping Center just east of town center on Route 5 south from Interstate 95; during this time period also numerous subdivisions - principally large lots - have been created throughout southeastern/central Township lying mostly north/southwesterly Of course there has always been agriculture involved with raising chickens eggs dairy cattle etc., but more recently new light Manufacturing & Services activities are taking hold adjacent To our Town Limits keenespeed@gmailcom

One of the largest employers in Keene during this time was Jardine & Wakefield Paper Company which operated a paper mill until 1965. In 1892, local merchants founded The Academy Awards Productions company and produced theatrical films based on playswright Oscar Wilde's works throughout central New England for movie theaters across America; this company remained active until 1958 when ownership passed through several hands before finally being sold to TV production company Pioneer Films who used it for storage until 1978 when it was donated to NH State Historical Society who restored it as part of their Historic District nomination process for Keene Village Square
